1. Validity of the physical Kinderboekenland Gift Voucher
- The gift voucher is valid for up to 2 years after the issue date. The issue date is manually stated on the gift voucher.
2. Use of the physical Kinderboekenland Gift Voucher:
The gift voucher code and credit are manually stated on the gift voucher.
Kinderboekenland.nl is not liable for loss, theft, or misuse of the gift voucher. The holder of the gift voucher is responsible for safely keeping the gift voucher and the code.
3. Redeeming the physical Kinderboekenland Gift Voucher
The gift voucher can only be redeemed for products on Kinderboekenland.nl and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the value of the purchased products is lower than the balance on the gift voucher, the remaining balance will remain on the gift voucher.
4. Return Policy for the physical Kinderboekenland gift voucher:
When returning products purchased with a gift voucher, no cash refund will be given.
Instead, you will receive a replacement product or a new gift voucher code equal to the value of the credit used.
Our return policy applies to the return of products purchased with the gift voucher. The costs for returning purchased products are at the consumer's own expense.
